Postal Pal at 130 Lick Creek Road, Anna, Illinois.

I bought an item from Martin Auction Company. I got a written, emailed quote from this Postal Pal ahead of time and the cheapest shipping method was USPS at $22.27. When it came time to ship my item this store sent me an invoice for $62.94. $40.00 more than their own quote for a 7" tall piece of glass. I had to call to ask why they weren't sticking to the price of their own quote. They reduced the fee and shipped USPS. Disappointing that they told me via email that they would make note of my request to ship the cheapest method of USPS and then didn't do it. Not impressed.
